  • Cherry red with fine purple rim, this dry, medium bodied wine combines soft, fluffy tannins with medium intensity of dark cherry and slight tobacco complexity.

    Spanish in origin, the Tempranillo variety is becoming a popular choice for the Australian red wine drinker. It is mostly known for its medium bodied, savoury charm with fresh tobacco and intense cherry fruits. Our Tempranillo is grown at our Fishbone vineyard, where we select small parcels of premium fruit true to the varietal style.

    Vineyard: Fishbone Wilyabrup vineyard, Margaret River. 100% Tempranillo.
    Nose: Clean pronounced ripe cherry nose with hints of fresh tobacco.
    Palate: Dry, medium bodied with soft tannins, medium intensity of dark cherry fruits and a slight tobacco complexity.
