2016 Fishbone Shiraz
Produced from premium Western Australian Shiraz, the wine has deep plum purple colour, fruity aroma, and soft tannins supporting dark berry flavours.
Harvested during the cool night, the 2016 Fishbone Shiraz was crushed and fermented in tank and seasoned with a light blend of US and French Oak.
Vineyard: Geographe, Western Australia. Shiraz 100%.
Nose: Ripe plum & rhubarb, with hint of tobacco and vanilla.
Palate: Dry, spiced dark fruits, balanced acidity with healthy tannin support. Good length with slight vanilla finish.
