2016 Fishbone Shiraz
Produced from premium Western Australian Shiraz, the wine has deep plum purple colour, fruity aroma, and soft tannins supporting dark berry flavours. Price per 6 pack.
Harvested during the cool night, the 2016 Fishbone Shiraz was crushed and fermented in tank and seasoned with a light blend of US and French Oak.
Vineyard: Geographe, Western Australia. Shiraz 100%.
Nose: Ripe plum & rhubarb, with hint of tobacco and vanilla.
Palate: Dry, spiced dark fruits, balanced acidity with healthy tannin support. Good length with slight vanilla finish.
