Hand-picked Tempranillo from the Fishbone Estate, was whole bunched pressed and cool fermented in stainless steel and seasoned oak.

This medium bodied, dry rosé presents an array of floral scents and red fruits with a pale pink core to the rim. The lifted perfume of wild strawberries and juniper berries follow with a dry, creamy texture, balance out with a soft acidity on the palate.
